Wilton City Council Meeting Minutes for 12/27/2011

          Regular Meeting

                                                                        December 27, 2011

            The City Council of the City of Wilton, Iowa met in telephone conference on Tuesday December 27, 2011.  Mayor Bowman called the meeting to order at 12:00 Noon.  This telephone conference meeting was held due to the regular Council meeting falling on the Christmas holiday. 

            Those Council Members present were: Richard Garrison, Robert Barrett, Steve Owens, Matthew Fowler and Keith Stanley.  Absent none.    

            The minutes from the December 12, 2011 meeting were presented for approval.   It was moved by Member Barrett seconded by Member Stanley that these minutes be approved as presented.  The roll was called and the vote recorded as follows:

            Ayes: Garrison, Barrett, Owens, Fowler and Stanley

            Nays: None                                                    Motion Carried. 

            The next order of business before this Council was to approve the monthly bills for December 2011.

            The Financial Statements were accepted and placed on file.  It was moved by Council Member Owens seconded by Council Member Stanley that the total disbursements of $165,948.80, approved by the Finance Committee, be allowed and instruct the City Clerk to pay the same.  The roll was called and the vote recorded as follows:

            Ayes: Garrison, Barrett, Owens, Fowler and Stanley

            Nays:  None                                                   Motion Carried.

            No further business, this meeting was adjourned.
