Another key item in achieving our goal is a strong workforce. This year we are pleased to announce that Industrial Packaging Corporation has expanded to satisfy their increased customer base. With expansions and new business our workforce requirements continue to grow. In order to strengthen and build a skilled workforce, WDC is working with the Wilton Community School District, Durant Community School District and West Liberty Community School District as well as Industrial Leaders, and Eastern Iowa Community College to encourage future employees by highlighting the many career opportunities we have locally.
