Christmas Window Walk and Parade

"A WILTON BEAVER CHRISTMAS" is the theme for this year's Window Walk and Parade in Wilton, sponsored by the Wilton Chamber of Commerce. Please consider joining us on this special night, Sunday, December 7, 2008, to celebrate the Holiday Season! The Chamber is still looking for windows! Please call the Chamber office and let them know that you will be participating!

Santa and Mrs. Claus's arrival is going to be a Christmas Parade starting at 5 p.m. The parade route will start at the Wilton Post Office on Fourth St, and will end at the former Campbell Chiropractic office (121 W. 4th St.), where Santa will visit with the children in the Community until 6:30 p.m. Santa would love to see crowded streets for his Grand Entrance. So let's all show up to welcome Santa!

UNITED WAY KICKS OFF 2008-2009 CAMPAIGN

The 2007-2008 United Way of Wilton campaign will begin this month with a mailing for residents of Wilton and Moscow and the rural Wilton school district areas. Watch your mail for this information.

If you work out of town and would like to pledge to the United Way of Wilton, contact your employer and ask them to send it to United Way of Wilton, P.O. Box 280, Wilton, IA. 52778-0005.
