1. New construction costs to be waived are as follows:
A. $5.00 per unit building permit cost
B. $50.00 sewer bond
C. $250.00 basic sewer construction fee
D. $50.00 per unit sewer construction fee
E. $25.00 water connection fee
2. Such Resolution will be examined annually to review the effect of the reduction of these construction costs.
