The Founders Day committee has met and is making plans for this years event. The theme will be "Going on a Safari" and the grand marshals are Don & Shirley Steffen. So get your thinking caps on for your parade entry! Once again there will be the eager beaver run, cornhole tournament, carnival, bingo, etc. New to founders day this year will be a Founders Day king & queen contest to see who can sell the most advanced ride tickets. Those kids in 3rd 6th grade will be able to participate in this. More information will be available soon! They are also planning a teen dance for grades 7th 12th to be held on Saturday evening from 7 9 p.m. in the white pigeon parking lot!
