***POSTPONED***SPRING City-Wide Garage Sale

The Wilton Chamber of Commerce is planning their spring city-wide garage sale for Saturday, May 2, 2020. Chamber office will coordinate the advertising to draw numerous shoppers to Wilton.

You can enter you listing at https://www.wiltoniowa.org/chamber/garagesales/form then mail or drop off your payment to the address below. 

Registration deadline is April 17.  No entries will be taken after that date.  No entries will be taken over the phone.

Career and Job Fair

WDC’s Career and Job Fair set for Thursday, March 5 from 10:15 am – 5pm at the Wilton Community Center.

We will have the Wilton and Durant High School Students attend during the day.

After school we invite the public to come in and learn about the great career/job opportunities we have to offer in our area.  

The businesses that participated last year had a successful day and we hope to get even more business and industry participation this year.

24th Annual community Thanksgiving Dinner

Where: First Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall 213 W. 5th St., Wilton, Iowa

When: Thanksgiving Day 2019 November 28th  
        Serving from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Who: Everyone

24th Annual community Thanksgiving Dinner will be held on Thanksgiving Day – November 28, 2019 in the Fellowship Hall of the First Presbyterian Church in Wilton. Serving of a traditional turkey dinner will begin at 11:30 a.m.

FALL CITY-WIDE GARAGE SALE

The Wilton Chamber of Commerce is planning their Fall City-Wide Garage Sale for Saturday, September 14, 2019, with the Chamber office coordinating the advertisement to draw numerous shoppers to Wilton.  You can enter you own Garage sale here.  If you don't have a computer you can pick up a form at the Chamber office.  The Deadline is AUGUST 26, 2019 and will not take anymore after that date, so be sure to get yours in promptly.

Legislative Open Forum

The Legislative Committee of the Wilton Chamber of Commerce will hold a Legislative Open Forum on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. at the Wilton Community Room – 104 E. 4th St.

This meeting will have our Senator Zach Wahls &  Representative Bobby Kaufmann on hand to answer and  discuss current issues before both the House and the  Senate.

The Forum is open to the public and all interested persons  are invited and encouraged to attend.  They take time out of  their schedules to attend these community forums.
